Yuma Ammonia Emergency Tabletop Exercise (TTX)

The exercise will introduce participants to an Ammonia Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and enhance tripod response coordination among industry, government, and public safety partners. Through collaboration across local, state, and federal emergency management, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the role of the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
The tabletop exercise (TTX) will simulate an ammonia emergency based on the One Plan Integrated Contingency Plan, incorporating both Emergency Action and Response Plans. Participants will explore EPCRA and RMP compliance, engage in discovery, initial, and sustained response stages, and apply FEMA complexity levels to improve community and medical emergency management.
